Usage Stats
The Usage tab shows you exactly where your time goes. You get a weekly chart, a breakdown by app, and website stats for every browser you use.
Reading Your Stats
The top of the screen shows TOTAL TODAY — your total screen time so far today. Below it is a bar chart covering the current week. Tap any day’s bar to see that day’s total.
Use the arrows to browse previous weeks.
Scroll down to see a list of every app you used, with today’s time shown next to each one.
Website Stats
If you use a supported browser, Curbox tracks which websites you visited and for how long. The website stats appear below the app list, grouped by browser.
Short form video stats
You can view an aggregate of how many videos you scrolled, how long and even your average attention span!
Ignoring Apps
Some apps run in the background and inflate your stats. To hide an app from the list, add it to the ignore list. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right and choose Ignore List, then add the apps you want to exclude.
Exporting Your Data
You can export your usage data as a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet. Tap the three-dot menu and choose Export. Three options are available:
- Daily Breakdown — one row per app per day
- Total Summary — one total row per app
- Both — a file that includes both views
Home Screen Widgets
Curbox offers two home screen widgets so you can see your stats without opening the app.
- Screentime Widget — shows your total screen time today
- Reels Widget — shows how many short form videos you have watched today
To add a widget, tap the three-dot menu and choose Pin Widget, then select the one you want.
