Usage shows you how much time you spend in each app, which websites you visit most, and how your habits change week by week.

Focus lets you start a timed session where Curbox blocks whatever you choose, so you can get things done without interruptions.

Reducers is where you set up all your limits and nudges. You can pause specific apps, block short form videos, hide distracting parts of websites, and more.

How Curbox Works

Curbox runs quietly in the background using Android’s Accessibility Service. When you open an app that you have limited, Curbox steps in and shows you a pause screen. You choose what happens next whether you can proceed, how long for, and how much effort it takes.

No data leaves your device. Everything is stored locally.
