Choose how Curbox helps you stop.

Block only what distracts you, set limits around your day, and decide what should happen when you feel tempted to continue.

Block only what distracts you

You do not always need to block an entire app. Curbox lets you remove the part that pulls you in while keeping the useful parts available.

Set limits around your day

Choose the days and hours when a group of apps should be limited, then decide whether they stay blocked for that whole schedule or remain available for a set amount of use.

The same app can appear in more than one group, as long as those schedules do not overlap.

See the App Pause guide for setup examples.

Choose what happens when you reach a limit

When a block starts, Curbox shows a pause screen. You decide in advance whether there is no way through, whether you need to wait, or whether you must complete a challenge.

You can make any choice stronger with a countdown before it appears, a limit on how often you can continue, a daily focus-time requirement, or a personal message that reminds you why you set the block.

See the complete unlock-challenges guide for examples and setup instructions.

Protect time for what matters

Start a focus session when you want to study, work, read, exercise, or simply be present without distractions.

See your habits clearly

Curbox helps you notice where your time goes without making you dig through complicated reports.

Make your phone less tempting

Sometimes a gentle reminder is enough. These smaller changes make distracting apps easier to leave.
